Ray of Hope is very pleased to make an alliance with Life Dream Foundation, Bangalore as of April 2009.
Life Dream Foundation is a not-for-profit trust to provide livelihood promotion training programs which are designed exclusively for school dropouts or unemployed secondary school graduates from the poor. Life Dream was founded and is run by 3 IIM Bangalore alumni and by employees of elite MNC’s.
Their aim is to address the concern of unemployed, seasonally-empoyedy, low income level & low-skilled youth in the age group of 18-25 years by training them to meet the requirements that an employee of the modern world has to, along with a drive towards environmental and societal sustainability. This mantra hits two targets with a single shot.
The first training session was conducted at Ullalu, a village near Bangalore; which turned out to be a big success, with all the students getting placed. Our dream is to make 1 MIllion such Ullalu’s possible.
